Awesome after the races! This year the operation will not be run by the consortium of owners, but has been leased out as the owners are looking to sell this operation after only owning same for the past few seasons.
The steak with the peppercorn butter sauce was amazing. The music was great. Went there right after the 10th race and it was just starting to hop.
But the promise was never fulfilled. Too many chiefs not enough Indians" in this place. Don't skip the grilled Brussel sprout side nor the desserts! But once we said something it flipped and they could not have been more attentive. Ambiance and class are gone and it was apparent with a part full dining room on a Saturday night at Siros in Pu Springs.

Siros is back to what it used to be with Dillion in the Kitchen, Michael Stone out front, and the famous Las Vegas waiter's are back including the original menu from the 90's. 122.6 us they were out of veal chops but had a veal tomahawk ; told table next to us they had a pork tomahawk; no such items in my vocabulary. A taste of old Saratoga that is vanishing fast.
Fast kitchen turning out spot on classics. We ate our mediocre meal along with a hefty serving of bad service.

Swordfish and the pork chop were also delicious and would highly recommend them. The chef is new this year. A slros during every Saratoga season. After a day of thrills at the wonderful Saratoga Race Track, this is a fun place to go and have a few drinks and listen to the live music.

A few minutes after we were seated to have sieos come with water or menu etc. Way over priced went there after a rediculiouslu expensive dinner to try drinks and asked to close our bill at 8pm due to lack cuustomer not customer focus all about the money.
Front of the house run expertly run despite the crush. The head chef Chad's combinations of ingredients is amazing and every dish we ordered was cooked to perfection. The original and a must stop after a day of losing at the track.
The famous crab cake, once a perfect pedestal of creamy seafood mousse, sirs as an eggy, overcooked dome drenched in mustard mayo Is this your business? The truth is we can buy our own champagne, but the fact that no one knew what they were doing and the food was unpalatable diros insult to injury.
